SoniPlan provides studio design and consulting services for podcast and audio post-production teams. Through this Site, we offer information about our services, a Studio Self-Assessment tool that generates AI-powered project analysis, and scheduling tools to arrange consultations.

Studio Self-Assessment

The Studio Self-Assessment is a diagnostic tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate a personalized report based on your responses. The report is intended to provide general perspective on your studio project and is not a substitute for professional acoustic design, architectural, or engineering services.

The assessment results are advisory in nature. SoniPlan makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the AI-generated analysis to your specific situation. Project decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software, is the property of SoniPlan Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Assessment reports generated for you are provided for your personal and internal business use. You may share your assessment report with colleagues and stakeholders within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the report or any other Site content.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Calendly for scheduling). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SoniPlan is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SoniPlan disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content, including assessment reports.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SoniPlan Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed the amount you have paid to SoniPlan, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
